Wallet Policy (Do's & Don'ts)

These rules exist to protect the community from "mystery wallet" behavior and to keep project operations predictable. One purpose per wallet, minimal hops, and receipts for conversions.

Ops Wallet (invoice-only)

FZsgekTT3ugcTeY7fjKXYcxHcdUWdvEQt9vzFpP6nXtN

Purpose: pay real project expenses (infra/tools, DexScreener/token info, essential vendors). Any conversion is disclosed with tx link + invoice/receipt reference.

  • DO: convert in small chunks; post receipt log; keep spending purpose-bound.
  • DON'T: large market dumps; trading; routing through multiple intermediate wallets; "price support" buys/sells.

Bad optics triggers: sudden large sells, transfers to fresh wallets, frequent swaps that look like trading.

Dev Fees Wallet (35% gross creator fees)

  • DO: keep a predictable cadence (e.g., monthly); explain conversions as salary with tx links.
  • DON'T: "tweet → pump → sell" timing; active trading; routing funds to unknown wallets.

Bad optics triggers: frequent swaps, hype-timed conversions, unexplained wallet chains.

Treasury Fees Wallet (55% gross creator fees)

4vKWtfKLKfMnfmx25yAQHBCERRdEXMMr6DkBbWwXFtVm

  • DO: fund growth initiatives; publish budget ladder; transfer to Ops only with labeled purpose.
  • DON'T: discretionary trading; unexplained large transfers; mixing treasury with dev compensation.

Bad optics triggers: big moves during volatility, treasury feeding trading wallets.

PM Wallet (10% gross creator fees)

7buaZvQ2Xwah3dpkQ481kRVo1vE2a1tLs3vrS6xvMVfR

  • DO: receive fees and withdraw on a steady cadence.
  • DON'T: act as a treasury or trading wallet; receive extra "bonus" transfers from treasury/ops.

Bad optics triggers: PM wallet becomes a funnel for additional hidden comp.

Treasury Vault (locked recipient)

GWNipw27bFi3P3FaBZ9roiigiu96oW8vrQswmX1JjWqJ

Purpose: receives streamed/locked treasury tokens per Streamflow contracts. Unlocks are scheduled; no sudden discretionary access.

  • DO: leave locked funds untouched until they unlock; publish usage policy for unlocked tokens.
  • DON'T: immediate drains on unlock; transferring unlocked tokens back to dev wallets; multi-hop routing.

Bad optics triggers: vault "wakes up" and drains instantly as unlock begins.

Dev Origin Wallet (launch/origin)

HnjwnuU8LRPe7joYQTapRYhsk5AZMT73RkSTr83t2Epd

  • DO: keep mostly inactive after distribution; if used, state why.
  • DON'T: re-accumulate large holdings; use as a stealth trading wallet; fund undisclosed wallets.

Universal rules:

  • No new wallets without announcing + adding them to Verification.
  • No multi-hop routing unless unavoidable (and if so, explain).
  • No hype-timed conversions (avoid "announcement → sell" patterns).
  • Weekly transparency: fees in, ops spend out, receipts + tx links.
